Guillaume Douard
PartnerGuillaume Douard spent more than a decade at Deloitte, where he was a Director advising corporate and private equity clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions. His experience spans financial due diligence, carve-outs, standalone assessments and complex cross-border situations. He combines deep transaction expertise with a pragmatic, hands-on approach focused on execution and decision-making. Guillaume Douard is a French Chartered Accountant and a graduate of NEOMA Business School.

David Benattar
PartnerDavid specialises in financial due diligence and restructuring for Technology and SaaS businesses, with more than 10 years of experience advising private equity funds, PE-backed companies and corporate investors. He brings particular expertise in recurring-revenue models, SaaS performance indicators and data-driven analysis, helping investors assess growth quality, revenue visibility and scalability. David holds a Master CCA from INTEC-CNAM and completed the Data & AI Executive Education programme at HEC Paris.
